Arrive 15 minutes early to fill out forms to ensure valuable time is not taken from your treatment session.

Policy

1. Payment in full is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and Visa.
2. 48 hours notice of cancellation is required to avoid being charged for the appointment.
3. On snow days, call the clinic voicemail at (303)875-2896 to verify if the clinic will be open.
